For Purchases: 👍 Refunds: We do not offer refunds after delivery, but rest assured that all our Discord and boosting services & accounts are genuine and 100% safe.

🔄 Replacements: If any accounts don't work, we'll promptly replace them for you.

🛡️ Warranty: Every account comes with a pull or invalid warranty within the purchased period. However, attempting to exploit our warranty for free accounts will result in being blacklisted from future purchases. Please note that we won't be responsible if our shop is completely closed, though it's unlikely.

🚀 Delivery: After making your purchase, the account or gift will be delivered to you via email from sellpass. Please allow 2-3 days for boosts to be delivered.

💬 Customer Support: If you need assistance with your gift, account, or boosts, or if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help!

Things to keep in mind before contacting us: 🙏 Be Kind: We appreciate your respect and understanding. Spamming us with replacement requests won't help us assist you better.

💰 Refunds: If we fail to deliver your item, you can request a refund within 72-120 hours, no questions asked. However, if the item has already been successfully delivered, we won't be able to provide a replacement.

🚫 No Toxicity: Please refrain from engaging in toxic behavior in our support. Being respectful ensures the continuity of your warranty for all purchased products.
